As a new patient, I came in for an initial cleaning and consultation. The office was behind schedule despite me having one of the earliest appointments. I ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to have someone operate on my teeth. When I was seen, they started off with a routine cleaning and X-Rays. Following the X-Rays, I waited another 20-30 minutes to be seen by the dentist who hurriedly examined my teeth and proceeded to add composite material to my already existing fillings. I was not offered much of an opportunity to accept or reject the service. In this moment, the dentist seemed more worried about adding more to the bill paid by the insurance rather than properly servicing and caring for the patient.
