We moved to the area and were looking for a new dentist. Saw the good reviews here and on Google, so called to get an appointment for both of us. The receptionist scheduled both of us for 10:30am appointments. We arrived at about 10:05 for appointments knowing that both of us had to fill out new patient forms. My partner was called in at 10:30; I wasn't called in until 11:35. My total time in the chair, which included 5-point x-rays, cleaning, and consultation, was 15 minutes. I've never experienced such a assembly-line like approach to dental care. My face was quite literally soaked because of how quickly and careless the dentist cleaned my teeth. I don't know if they just happened to be short staffed that day, but they didn't even make an effort to communicate. I'll never go back; I encourage you to look elsewhere.
