Rude, disrespectful and careless psychiatrist. She will make you not want to talk or be honest about your issues because she makes you feel bad for them or she is rude when asking. She forgets everything and is never on time. KEEP LOOKING.
Yesterday was our last session and i will tell you how that went. Ive been seeing this doctor just to simply get my medication. She has always been rude and made me feel uncomfortable so I never was able to open up to Kristy. Yesterday was first time ive seen Kristy in quiet some time. My mother recently passed away and i was beginning to explain how i had gotten to a point i didnt want to live anymore before i got to finish she RUDELY cut me off. Told me she wouldnt prescribe me my meds and she will refund me for my appointment and she hung up on me. SHE DIDNT HEAR ONE THING I SAID. Shes careless about your problems. She knows nothing about medications always flip flopping and she os always 2 to 3 hours late to her appts. DO NOT GO TO THIS PSYCHIATRIST!!!!
Kristy is not a supportive helpful psychiatrist. Wait times in the office are usually 2 to 3 hours passed my appointment time. She rushes your session when you finally get in and was rude to not only myself but my mother.
This was my second time seeing her. She corrected my dosage level after my lady APN had me on an inappropriate dosage for my age and symptoms. I asked her about additional paperwork that may be needed for life insurance purposes and she was very willing to work with me when the time comes in case they needed a new evaluation. In regards to the office, they serve a lot of families that have severe cases, so appointment times sometimes aren't meant on time because of other patients. This is where I was originally assigned for out patient care after being in sprint mountain psychiatric center, and besides long waits, the staff have treated very well.
