I delivered my son earlier than expected right before the holidays (12/21/22). The hospital never mentioned lip/tongue ties or that I may have an issue nursing him once home. At home my son was having difficulties latching and tears were shed. I reached out to quite a few other lactation consultants who couldn't see me or would only do it virtual and I was struggling. Kristin truly helped me so much and was the only provider in my recovery to actually ask/see how I was doing. Kristin helped me with my son and we were able to latch and nurse and she found me additional resources like the provider who did the tongue/lip tie release, CST/PT, and that led me to MNRI/OT. My son is thriving finally after months of struggling and other non-related issues that had to be addressed but I wouldn't have gotten through such a difficult time without her. I've been in the healthcare field for about 13 years now (EMT, ER, CTICU) but she showed me there is always so much more to learn. She explained everything, problem solved with me, and always answered back if I had additional questions. She is truly a phenomenal provider and absolute gem whom I highly recommend to anyone who really wants the help.
