Every time I come to this office they're amazing in the waiting room. I think they do their job. The wait time for my appointment was about seven minutes past time but was not. The nurse was great he was very friendly and respectful. When I had my e k g done in the office very respectful is person that did it. Visiting with the doctor and understanding the type of medicine that she was prescribing. I truly appreciate it cause. She didn't talk to me in doctor terms she actually talked to me as a person. The view from the room was amazing. I hope this helps with your guys is surveyed and you have a wonderful day.

Dr Jondle is a very good communicator and listened to my concerns. She is refreshing.My biggest concern with providence is how understaffed they are and how far out you have to book appointments. As a result I am considering going to Evergreen for my upcoming heart procedure. I have been a very loyal patient to Providence for years but I think it may be time to change hospitals.

My personal philosophy is to not make recommendations for any company/service. This in no way reflects on the treatment I received during this visit. To the contrary, I was very pleased with my treatment. They were friendly and offered me a chance to discuss my medical situation. Explanations were good and easily understood. They have "great bedside manner"!

My experiences in the last three years have been positive overall. I feel I am well taken care of and I really only have one experience that was troubling and that was I did a heart monitor and turned it in, but the results went into a black hole and we never recovered so I had to do another heart monitor test.

I left the office visit feeling assured that my sense of well being was corroborated by Clinician's observation and the measures of heart (EKG and BP), My goal is 116 years!Thanks to my clinician!

Exceptional and very professional. Most impressive was my being kept about appmt delays which I certainly have always received nothing but the best and perfect attention to detail by all team members from the time I checked in until end of my visit. Perfect cannot be perfected!!! Thank you all)
