Krista Martens, C.D.N, M.S., R.D.N

Krista is amazing. She is not only focused on food but whole body nutrition (food, water intake, exercise, mental challenges).  She is so knowledgeable and is amazing at breaking it down to easily understand the science behind it all. She is understanding that life can make a focus on improving our overall health a challenge and works to find solutions to accommodate normal life. She also comes to every session with a plan of attack for our discussion. I had previous nutritionists that would look to you to come with topics. This never worked for me because I didn’t know the best approach and how to navigate this journey. Krista has made it so easy and I always feel like my sessions are a value add and I have action items to work on for next time. Krista never makes me feel judged or shameful ever!  I would highly recommend her!
