Dr. Kirk Warren Brody, M.D.

The staff is incredibly rude.  Their waiting room looks like it has not been cleaned this year and the bathroom is downright disgusting, the floor is sticky with spots of blood and liquid spots of something, you can see dried spots of other fluids.  They did not verify my insurance and tried to charge me $120 claiming that it was not their responsibility to validate my insurance, I should have done so before today.  I said I was going to call Aetna and she said "you can call to verify your insurance if you want to but it doesn't do any good for today."

Am very surprised at the number of low reviews,especially since he always receives Award for Excellence every year for the past 5 years or so.I thought Dr. Brody and his staff were exceptional.I was nervous as this was my first pregnancy, The only negative experiance I had was with billing,which had nothing to do with the doctor.Billing person never sends monthly statements which is....strange. Had to ask for one.That is my only complaint and not a horrible one. Dr. Brody performed my C section,did an outstanding job,has no issues.I actually live almost 2 hours away but will always see him for my yearly visits.Had a great bedside manner to me,he does have a somewhat dry sense of humor which i love.Some people (who lack a sense of humor) may be put off by that.His nursing staff is also wonderful and Robin in ultrasound.One of the things I loved was he only charges for 3 ultrasounds but does one at every appointment.Noone else does that!Long review but my husband and I felt his care was amazing!
