Her office staff was very nice but Dr. Udell made me feel like I was just a patient. She rarely looked me in the eyes and never ever really allowed me to talk. She rambled on and on, on how to get pregnant and I was there for a miscarriage! I know how to get pregnant! I needed to know what was the cause of my miscarriage.
I have been a patient of Dr. Udell's for over 10 years. She is punctual, knowledgeable, and kind. She is not super warm and fuzzy, so if you're looking for slow Southern hospitality, she's not the doctor for you. I prefer her kindness and punctuality, so she's a perfect fit for me. She listens to me and appreciates my input for. Her office staff is excellent and organized. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Udell.
