Kimberly Brooks

Kim is an effective professional. Although there are several pharmacists on staff, I came to view Kim as my parents' pharmacist.  Kim always took an interest in what was going on, and by default became an active member in the care of my parents, especially over the course of the past few years through their declining health and eventual deaths.

The staff in general at Rite Aid, and Kim in particular exhibited and continue to provide a level of care that is compassionate and effective. Though she never left her side of the counter at the pharmacy, she was available by phone for questions, assisted with reviewing potential poly-pharmacy issues, and provided proficient, supportive answers for all of our questions.

She is calm and present even when under the stress and duress which is the occasional reality of a modern pharmacy, and which might put other pharmacists in a foul mood.
