My office visit was horrible. I made an appointment and was in the waiting room for an hour before I was called. I received an X-ray and exam. Some tools were not cleaned before they were used on me. I asked about it and my dental assistant basically told me to not worry about it. Also when it was time to schedule to have my services completed I was told that I would be charged $170 for a cleaning but my insurance pays for 2 cleanings a year so they lied about that. So I chose another dentist. The other dentist told me that they charged me for a cleaning and I never received a cleaning. So I called and requested the office manager, Isabel and she was very rude to me and very sarcastic. I tried to be polite to her but she was very petty. When I asked for a corporate number she gave me the wrong number and refused to give me her last name or even an initial because she knew I was going to file a complaint. Well she is the office manager at 398 E Pipeline Rd Hurst, TX 76053. I had a horrible experience and will never return to this office. I have also made a Google review because this experience was absolutely horrendous!
