Dr McCarty and the staff have provided me with excellent health care for the past three years.  The office staff is always cordial and efficient.  The technical staff are always efficient at getting my stats and complaints.  And the Dr listens.  Always a great experience.

I was very sick so Fri morning 27th at 8:00Am I went to his office and was turned away because  no openings. They would  not fit me in. He is my care phi. They said urgent care or hospital.  What is a primary care dr suppos to do. Dr Lizzarago would get you in. Sat I go to safeway for a at home covid tesr.  Positive.  We call back on monday and the soonest is July 11th.

If there is a worst place for customer service I dont want to know.
