I called in the morning as a new patient with acute back pain. His office scheduled me for an appt. 3 hours later. I arrived at the appointment and was told that Dr. Gansert wouldn’t be able to see me at all. Completely inept office staff. Wasted my entire afternoon, I would have spent my time looking for another Chiro service had I known I was going to be blown off at my appointment. Nothing against Dr. Gansert but 100% chance I will never return.
