he gave me one simple exercise that he created and told me it would be so effective I would not even need to do a follow-up. HE WAS RIGHT! I do the simple exercise, multiple times every day, outdoors, indoors, standing sitting, driving even. I do so for preventative measures with such success I have never been back to see him, just like he said.
