Wow! What a disappointment. Their services seemed ideal. But then I was being pressured for a $40 a month subscription to be part of an online membership where I could...get this...leave a message for the doctor or share symptoms and why I'd like an appointment. I've never really needed that. The young receptionist didn't know what to say other than "I don't make the rules." I asked so I can't be a patient unless I join the 'club' membership? No. She mentioned the subscription allows you to ask for prescription refills. I said I can't just call the office? Or the pharmacist can't make that request? Other doctors offer Follow My Chart or other online systems and guess what they charge? ZERO That's where we are America.
