Kelly is a Topnoch provider. She is accessible, knowledgeable, personal, caring, and a great listener. I have referred at least two others to her and they also can't say enough good about her. She treats with respect and always includes me in decision making. If only I had enough space to tell you how she is extraordinary, above and beyond my expectations. She's like a provider you have dreamed to have but didn't think one really existed. I have found most of the Providence providers have a very high standard for their work but Kelly even exceeds that in her personal approach.

Kelly Anderson has been my provider for years, but I've known her for years through my ex-husband's family. 25 years. She's a caring friend who has also cared for my sons their whole lives. She may just be a nurse practitioner, but she knows as much as any doctor. Only trouble I've ever experienced has to do with refilling my meds. She has mondays off, so sometimes there's a delay with refills.

Staff and medical personnel always provide professional and personable assistance, information when requested, timely responses for appointments in relation to needs. For this most recent visit, Dr. Kelly Anderson, although not my general physician, was very affable, informative, and engaged in my situation. Her energy and knowledge made me feel part of the treatment for my situation.

All the physicians at this clinic and tecks are professional at all times and have cared for me as needed. Things were confusing when I went to the hospital for my CT as the receptionist that checked me In thought I should have gone to ER Instead of scheduled. Any way she got It straightened out and I was seen and scanned. So all Is well.

I have been with the same Doctor for years and I can't imagine anyone else but her... She's amazing and I love the colville Providence VERY much...ive been having trouble with rides there hopefully funding for it will get better since things have changed up...ty! I have never and don't ever expect any bad experience there or chewelah...

Dr Kelly Anderson is a very dedicated doctor as well as a good listener. She will research things she feels she needs more knowledge on as well as always ready to help her patients. We think she is the best as well as a great friend because she cares so much!!

Kelly is straight forward and I like that a lot. She knows her job and is very good at it. She also gives you choices. I did not always feel as if she really trusted that I knew my body. She did give me some homework. I will give it a try and see what happens.

As soon as I told her what was happening she immediately ordered an EKG and immediately found something called a bundle branch block and ordered new testing to get on to finding cause and how extensive it is...she may have saved my life and I'm so grateful .
