She is rude, makes excuses for her actions and behavior. She was cold. I was traumatized by her and it set me back in my healing process. I had several visits with her and it didn’t get better. There were questionnaires  before each appointment and if a question was n/a, you still had to answer the question. If you don’t answer a question,  then you can’t submit the questionnaire at all. I felt forced to answer questions that didn’t apply with an “almost never” when the answer was truthfully “NEVER”, but that was not an option. I began refusing to answer anything because I couldn’t answer only the questions that did apply. I was not going to be railroaded into having false answers in my record just to get the questionnaire to submit online . I won’t go back ever!

This was a horrendous experience and I am not going back.  I only saw her once so she did a TWO HOUR meeting, which reviews word for word all the questions on the forms you have to fill out before you go in.  It took forever to do it online, hundreds of questions.  And then she reads from the form and asks you the same questions.  It was like pulling off the scabs from all my old wounds, and then she just left them exposed to the air and bleeding.  She was rude. Acted like she didn’t care about me at all.  She became a nurse practitioner not even one year ago, so didn’t they teach them anything about bedside manner?  Or does she just hate everyone already?  I am much worse afterwards than I was before seeing her.  I may never to to another nurse practitioner again.
