I’ve went to the office twice. Probably 1-2 years apart. I found them through my insurance. What I am use to is making my appointment for a cleaning, come in, get X-rays and the process begins. Well, I made my appointment, I went in and received X-rays but I was told to schedule an appointment to get started. This confused me both times. The second time I thought I needed to be specific but it was the same thing. Only X-rays were done but no service. Which is very annoying because they don’t have weekend availability and I can’t just take off work. Why can’t everything be done the same day? So because of this, I didn’t return and was able to find a dentist that was a better fit for my needs. Fast forward, I’m receiving a bill for $76. For what? I still have the same insurance. If they are not covering, I still don’t believe I should owe anything. Nothing was done. I think they have you schedule all these separate appointments to get more money out of people. Even when I was talking to the dentist the second time, she told me they only do half the cleaning and I’d have to schedule to come back to finish. Umm no. Never in my life have I ever had to do that before. That’s ridiculous and time consuming. That balance should be waived. Either way, they won’t see one red cent from me. Ridiculous!
