What can I say about Kaytlin beyond she is a great provider. Her star rating is indicative enough about that. As someone who struggles with trusting people enough to let them within close proximity of me let alone include them in my life in any capacity Kaytlin has made sure to be attentive to my medical care AND still let me take the lead about how much I do. The thing that makes her stand out is her bedside manner. As someone who is massively afraid of needles when asked just before a visit if I wanted the flu shot I told her staff “no” because the lab had already scared me pretty badly. Instead of making me feel bad about myself for being a grown adult terrified about needles she asked me why and found a way to help make it more bearable.
