I loved the provider I was seen by (Dr. Fix), she took time with me and listened to my concerns as well as explained my plan of care clearly and with compassion. The only issue I have, is I made this appointment to see Dr Fix as I was changing from another PCP (provider) but before I had even seen her for the first time I was called by her office to be told that she was leaving the practice and I would have to select another primary care physician.The whole process of selecting a PCP through Providence is difficult at best, as most providers fill up quickly to new patients and the continuity of care in this process is lacking, to say the least.

All experiences with Dr. Fix have been outstanding. It is sad and disappointing that you are losing her. She is an incredible doctor and a tremendous asset to your organization. Her staff is also outstanding. All interactions with Dr. Fix and her staff have been excellent.This survey asks questions regarding phone interactions which I do not use. I do use MyChart and Dr. Fix and her staff have been extremely responsive and helpful when I have sent them a message. I have been amazed at how quickly they respond. A credit to their commitment to their customers/patients. Thank you Kayla for everything! I am really going to miss you!!

Kayla Fix is one of the best Drs I've ever had. I'm very upset to see her leave. You should do whatever it takes to retain her. For that reason I question whether Providence is patient-centered and would give second thoughts to recommending them. You should be doing whatever it takes to keep good Drs. Your questionnaire demonstrates that as well. You don't ask questions that serve the patient/physician relationship. You appear to serve an accountant run agenda.

Dr. Fix and her staff as well as the Providence check in staff were all outstanding. It is a pleasant experience to deal with your health with knowledgeable people who make you feel like they really care. The same is true of the Lab at the Providence on Desmet Rd. They were kind, funny, made the entire process painless. I would send friends and relatives to the provider and this Providence site in the Spokane Valley.

Kayla M. Fox, DO has been far superior to many physicians that I have been seen by. She will be greatly missed as my primary care physician. My Husband, our Sister have also been her patients and have been very satisfied. We all wish her well in her new assignment. She is greatly appreciated by all of us.

I am a new patient with Dr Fix and I had to wait a long time for my first appointment but it was well worth it. I was very very impressed with her interest and care with my medical issues. My cousin is a new patient also and feels very happy going to Dr Fix.. It was a really good experience.

Dr. Kayla Fix is the best Doctor I have seen, and I have seen a few. She has given me excellent advice everytime that has worked out beautifully. I wish "Providence" as whole would be as professional and kind."Providence" could learn quite a bit from this amazing person.

This was my first visit with Dr. Fix - and unfortunately my last as she is changing jobs. You need more like her. Dr. Fix was personable, knowledgeable, asked relevant questions, and gave me the time to explain my medical situation. I'm sorry she will no longer be there.

Dr. Fix has been fabulous we feel thankful for her! Other providers in this internal medicine department have been awful over the last four months! It leaves us with concern whether we will stay with Providence for our medical care after Dr. Fix leaves in January!

Dr. Fix makes my appts very comfortable and relaxed. She asks questions that are easy to understand and the answers I get are easy to understand as well. She always makes sure my concerns are met and is always professional and friendly which I so appreciate.
