Dr Katrina Whipple is one of the VERY BEST DRS I Have EVER seen!!She is perfect, she genuinely cares, answers questions and concerns, is knowledgeable, very kind, easy to talk to, etc Everything anybody could ask for in a Provider, and more!! I have only had the one appt w/ her but she is my absolute favorite Dr I have ever had!! Thank You!! Such a relief to know I'm receiving the absolute best care

I am transsexual and I have spent 20 years having to educate providers about my body, but this time, my provider was well-informed. Katrina Whipple ARNP asked thorough, relevant, respectful questions that helped us address my unique situation and find solutions that worked for me. I really appreciate this level of engagement from healthcare providers and I hope I experience more like her.

This was my first visit with this provider, and only my 2nd visit to the office ever. She was AMAZING. Explained things well, asked me questions, listened and answered all of my questions, and was friendly and showed genuine care. I actually want her to be my new primary provider, and plan to call the office to get that switched over if it is a possibility. A+ visit.

Everything from the time I entered the office was great. The only thing that stressed me out was, being not real familiar with Spokane, it took me almost an hour to find the office. I was on the wrong side of the river. Finally, I called and they gave me directions.

I Clinic where I had my surg. Is so nice. It was my first visit. I received check up follow up calls from the clinic and the drs office. I have been off and on with the Providence facilities' and alway I had a positive reaction.

This visit could have been done on the phone. I live an hour away. That would have saved me time and gas. Next time will be Zoom unless I'm having issues that need to be addressed in person. Everyone was very professional.

The provider I saw was excellent. She explained things we talked things out. I would definitely like to see her again and have a follow up appointment. But getting an appointment in a timely manner is a nightmare.

The only problem I had was my appointment was I called in July and was given an appt in December. I felt I could wait and I accepted the appointment. The outcome was positive so I'm happy with it.
