I contacted Kathryn regarding scheduling an urgent appointment as a new client. We scheduled the appointment and, the morning of my appointment day, she had to cancel due to being sick. No problem. I quickly responded asking what her next availability would be. She didn’t respond until 4 days later. Again, when I scheduled with her in the first place, I told her it was urgent. The lack of communication and sense of urgency in her care was very discouraging and disappointing. I ended up scheduling with another counselor and had already seen her by the time Kathryn got back to me. Poor, poor experience.
