We did not use this counselor, however I did want to provide feedback regarding my brief interaction.Her name was provided to us by our insurance company.I Ieft voicemail to which she responded quickly.She asked with little formality if I had been calling from a land line.I responded yes. She immediately told me to take a picture of my insurance card. I did interrupt her, so she may have presumed it to be rude, but I asked "wait I need to find out if you accept children." Her response was "Sorry. I'm not taking new clients, byeee." She hung up. And yes the bye was exaggerated.This is someone that maybe is more about money than helping. She never even asked how she could help. All he other counselors I have spoken with have done this and even attempted to help:most were not accepting new clients. Beware.
