This was my initial visit with this particular provider; she was attentive, listened and considered the relevant information. She appeared very goal -focused, a bedside manner with which I have no issues - she was courteous, informative and responsive. Perhaps another patient seeking more hand-holding and a softer approach might - based solely on my one interaction - might feel the experience missed some of the "softer," more "personable" approach - frankly, I found it professional and more than adequate for my needs.Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

My understanding of PacMed care has changed drastically over the few years I've been in this network. I believe it was exacerbated by the pandemic shutdown and is not going back to "normal". I am now referred out for every medical question. It's slow and time consuming, but I do appreciate the experts to whom I've been connected. Dr. Brown was very helpful and I learned a lot at this first appointment. I am applying her suggestions and look forward to her continuing care. I feel lucky to have found her.

Kathleen is very good with my mother. I appreciate that she listens and responds to my Mom's answers to questions, but looks to me for confirmation. My mom has dementia and is highly offended easily. Kathleen can understand my subtle look that my Mom's statements are untrue and will ask the right questions to get truthful answers. Therefore, the best treatment plan for Mom. Kathleen Brown is absolutely amazing!

Kathleen Brown was astute in her presentation of facts and questioning to fine tuning how we proceed. I was grateful to have accessed this specialist. She moved smartly through the appointment. Being well informed and attentive to our conversation she covered a lot of territory. The time spent was crammed with good information, analysis and intake. I will hold on to this specialist ...she Is great!

Dr Brown was very professinal and talked to me about all my concerns and problems I was having with my legs and feet. She told me of an over the counter medicine I could use to releive my pain and ordered a Never condtion test for the end of May. I think she was a really thoughtful and caring person and helpful.

We are relatively new to pacific medical center and we are very pleased with the care provided - the doctors and everyone we have encountered. We are very happy to have found a place where we feel good about the care we are being given in the professional manner that we receive when we are there.

Kathleen Brown exceeded any expectation I had of the care I would receive that day. She had reviewed my records, listened to every word and had a charming disposition. She was very knowledgeable about my problems. She had an excellent sense of humor which is very helpful when you are in pain.

Dr. Brown was great. She was very engaging and asked all the right questions and discussed my medication history without me having to bring it up to find the best rescue medication for me. It was a relief to be heard and able to be comfortable to ask her questions about my treatment plan.

Excellent team, recepcionist great and very friensly, thw doctor is awesome, she answer all my questions, details next steps, etc etc and the person who helps to people who are lined up to talk to the rececpcionist, she was so nice and patient helping me to set up mychart app

This is the first time I saw Dr. Brown, and she was very professional, personal, and helpful. Overall, I consider myself and my husband very fortunate to receive care under the PacMed network. All of the physicians and other medical/non-medical staff are excellent.
