One of the reasons I go where I go is because I do feel like I'm listened to and heard. If I wasn't going to this previder I would most likely be dead because I reallyWasn't listening to anyone about my health problems until I started going to this provider. I really felt listened to and this provider had me think about some things that turned outTo be true in my health. I really feel lucky to be able to receive my healthcare from this provider.

Received a call a half hour before my appointment to let me know their machine was down and they are still working on getting it back online. They gave me choices for the test, which was to be evaluated by the Dr during my scheduled appointment an hour later. I kept the appointments and with luck, the machine was back up and running after a software reset. Everyone was so kind, despite the stressful situation.

I could not have had a better person than Katie Renyolds, PA, for my appointment. I found she went beyond my lung issues. She was very personable, She was serious about my lung issues, had the right amount of humor, and helped me understand whether my issues were old age or lung. I appreciated the visit we had! She took the time to explain many things I was very clear about and did it in a way I understood and I appreciated that. Very personal and thorough.

Wish my two appts.(breathing test) were back to back so there wasn't so much lag time in between. I also had a student during my appt. She was also courteous and helpful throughout the visit.
