I got my braces done withDr. Karla today. The procedure went well. Esmerline was very professional, fast and made me feel at ease. I would give this place a 5 star if only the rest of the staff were as professional as her. I did not get any paperwork on my way out as far as what to eat and what to avoid, and aftercare cleaning etc. I called 3 Times and asked Jaraira to email me documentation about that. She said she would but left without doing it. I’m so disappointed with the service. I had to call back around 5:30 pm (by the time Jaraira had left for the day smh. And mind you I put on the braces since 1pm) for a gentleman by the name of Joshua to send me the literature (and it took him only 5 minutes). So a warm thank you to Esmerline and Joshua for making my visit special.
