Provider was often not on time for video conference appointments, I decided to stop services as she attempted to rescheduled our appointment through voicemail within an hour of start time due to a last minute meeting off site. She did not answer or return my voicemails during her regular office hours which paired with being late multiple times made me feel she had little regard for myself or my time. Provider, front desk staff, and support staff were unavailable to reschedule during regular office hours and provider did not cancel my appointment online until after office hours. I have not been able to get in touch with front desk staff nor have received a return call from them at any time I have received services. Support staff on my case did not return voicemails for over a month when trying to address her about services in the same department. Provider admitted she was not well versed in my condition but chose not refer to a more experienced provider. Provider repeats things said unusually slowly which while typically a sign of active listening but in this case with no progress only created a sense of and disappointing lack of urgency on her part in treating or assisting me with my health condition.
