Took my son to see Karla and what a terrible experience. I feel like we can write a book on her and her life and she knows jack about us. From the moment we got their all she did was dangle her accomplishments and talk about herself. I almost feel we should be sending her a bill. She is a calming smile and very pleasant in demeanor. But this is the wrong industry for her. Her boss should really sit her down and explain people are trusting her to help them with their needs. Not pay to listen to some hotshot spew her accomplishments and stories.
