Bigby has a very passive-aggressive style. At my initial visit, I thought I found a great physician. Then at my subsequent visits the claws started coming out. She misdiagnosed a minor GI issue and then became defensive and abbrasive throughout the remainder of the visit. Office staff warm and friendly!
