I am a new patient relating to cardiology issues and I'm thankful that doctor Baban is my cardiologist.  She is the very first Graybill female cardiologist on staff! Her picture was on a banner on the front of the building! I've had a lot of firsts with her. My first angiogram she was patient and explained the procedure to my family and was very compassionate and caring. Although I have had some very long wait times in her office, but it can't be helped when there are emergencies. I'm not her Only patient. With fewer doctors joining this medical field and the growing number of patients its no wonder why some people are losing their patience. Doctor Baban took immediate action to get to the root cause of my dilated cardio myopathy and I'm still secure with her decisions. We take it day by day. And today I feel ten times better from before her care. Her staff is always pleasant and respectful and I always try and have a positive attitude and a smile on my face. Let's face it we all need each other.

Most unhelpful staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Doctor is not even recognized by Graybill. Instead of being accommodating her staff was intentionally obstinate. Any time a doctor's staff is purposefully obstructive its a good reason not to expect much from the physician... Waste of time!
