Dr. Gaddipati was only interested in doing invasive procedures - which is clearly where she earns her income. She was not willing to discuss lifestyle changes, alteration of medications or other strategies before subjecting the patient to a procedure. She was also unwilling to listen to someone who knows the patient best (spouse). There are many other GI providers in the area - we will be choosing more carefully in the future.
