I have been so grateful for Kaelan and her whole care team. Since starting my care with her she has diagnosed me with a hiatal hernia that was causing great discomfort and helped me thru the process of getting it repaired. It has improved my life tremendously. She helped me thru a horrible stressful time in my job and gave me great advice that helped me finally lose weight. Her care team always responds promptly to my questions thru the portal and calls me directly with pertinent test results/meds changes. I am so much healthier thanks to her! I appreciate Kaelan and her team so much!

It's unfortunate to have to advocate for yourself when you know you are very sick and it was so refreshing that Dr. Whitcomb actually listened to my chief complaints and we came up with a solution together. It would be great if scheduling was easier and better accommodating when people have immediate needs that urgent care is not managing well. It's already frustrating when you're not sick, to have to push to get an appointment and try and prove to people how sick you really are, and it makes it so much worse when you don't feel well.

Ms Whitcomb was great. She was easy to talk with, listened as I explained my symptoms, and responded in a clear and positive approach to follow up tests. After my appointment with Ms Whitcomb I was sent to the lab for blood work. I was thankful I had not scheduled my day because my wait for a blood draw was 1.5 hours. I find that wait time terribly disrespectful. However, my experience with the Phlebotomist was excellent.

My normal wellness check has to be changed from Feb due To Maternity leave. But the re-schedule gave me the appt in July. I was surprised it was that big of a time difference but it was fine with me. The staff covering for Kaelin assisted me with things when I called. And Kaelin was up to date had all my records, test results etc when I did see her. She is always professional, courteous and thorough.

The provider was amazing, and made me feel comfortable and valued. She made the entire experience better and made me desire to continue with Providence. She is an asset to your team, and if you value continued quality care and good care, you should do everything within your power to keep her. With all seriousness, one of the best provider experiences I have had.

Kaelin is an extremely knowledgeable and caring provider. She provides a thorough and comprehensive assessment, and discusses medical terminology, diagnosis, and treatment plans in a way that is reassuring and understandable. Further, she covers lab results in a very prompt manner which is always appreciated as it decreases anxiety from abnormal labs.

I liked this provider, she was very thorough, asked questions and answered mine in a timely manner. I felt she was was concerned about my health and chose the correct avenue with my health . Her chose has made a difference in keeping my health where it's stable and less impact on the rest of my body. She found the answer that's finally working for me.

Kaelin and her staff have been amazing each time I have dealt with any of them. They are prompt in responding to portal questions, professional and caring when I have needed them. Kaelin actually caught the cause of a Health issue I have been struggling with the last few years. She got me connected to the care I need. I am very appreciative of her!

My care team is exceptional. The only issue I ever have is getting in for an appointment in a timely manner for unplanned needs. Some of the schedulers seem to navigate the system better than others and are able to get me in to see someone (usually not my primary care physician).

Kaelin is always amazing! She takes her time with me and answers all questions! I am very lucky to have her as my provider! Also her medical assistant was very efficient and helpful! Thank you Providence for providing such wonderful medical staff and care!
