I visited Dr. Lockrem for a regular office visit and got an injection in my knee. My office visit copay is $75. Because of his affiliation with WVU hospitals, he billed my visit as a hospital visit (even though I never went to the hospital) and changed me thousands of dollars for the injection, leaving me with the hospital copay of $200. I was never told this was happening.

Justin Lockrem has such a huge ego that he refuses to listen to the concerns of his patients. His assistant doesnt know what she is talking about. And he left the appointment early as my girlfriend and I fought for what was right for her medically. He has horrible ethics, no compassion, and is just terrible.
