Upon meeting, Julie did not present herself in a confident professional manner. She presented herself as nervous and very unsure. When I am seeking help, I am looking to a professional who is qualified and confident in their qualifications. Moving past this, I opened up and was honest with answers to questions asked from her. Julie's responses to me clearly indicated she was not listening in a neutral manner, she formed opinions too quickly and I left with the feeling she did not hear a single word I was saying. Not only did she interrupt me, but she could not manage to state a complete sentence. I would NOT recommend her.
