I slipped and hurt my ankle on 4/17/21 and was diagnosed with a fractured talus bone by the urgent care clinic. The urgent care facility that I visited advised me to get a second opinion from an orthopedic doctor within a week. When looking for an orthopedic doctor in the Baton Rouge area, there are so many choices. I established myself as a new patient with Dr. Neumann without knowing anything about her. I feel very fortunate to have come across her information on the internet. She is not only a wonderful physician, she is a genuine person that truly seems to care about her patients. She listened to what I had to say at the appointment and didn't pressure me for extra scans that would have cost a fortune with my high deductible health insurance plan.
