Julia Chan, CPNP

Dr. Chan is an amazing listener and we have a complicated ongoing condition with lots of providers. She is careful to go over everything to make sure care is consistent and reviews with me history and course of action, and really takes into account my daughter's whole situation with respect to how it affects what Dr. Chan is working on with us. I really appreciate her respect for my input and thoughtfulness with how to go forward. Wish she was our primary pediatrician and not a specialist! Scheduling sometimes far out, but when we were running late they made every effort to fit us in, and did so quickly. So appreciated!

The provider was great, but we waited over 30 minutes in the lobby. What's the point of being told to show up 15 mjnutes early if we aren't going to be called back until 20 minutes after the appointment time? Waiting that long is a hardship on parents who have a young toddler there for the appointment. We were the first appointment of the day too, so I know it wasn't a backup of patients.

I received three separate pre appointment calls all asking the same questions (about address, insurance, medications, etc) which seemed unnecessary. Julia is wonderful though and really listens to us and is working with us to resolve the problem we are seeing her for.

Julia is consistently prompt, knowledgeable and collaborative in all of her myChart communications. She brings those same qualities to the visit. Julia is an excellent provider and we're lucky to have her on our care team.

Dr. Chan seems to really enjoy her practice and took her time to fully understand what the issues were. She asked the right questions.

Provider listened to our concerns and provided easy to follow next-steps along with a 30 day check-in plan.
