I've been a MedDerm patient for several years. I've had very positive experiences with Drs. Blake and Pelle. I was equally pleased with Dr. Doong. She was caring, informative and took time to answer all my questions. She made sure the procedures were pain-free and was genuinely concerned about my welfare. As to punctuality, this office has a white board in the reception area that tracks each provider's projected availability. Dr. Doong was running 15 minutes late but I didn't mind as I knew how long the delay would be. I wish my other doctors would do the same to keep us informed.
