I began seeing Ms. Chenault for counselling in November 2022. During the ten sessions ending the following March, she helped me tremendously to navigate several family issues. In addition, she recommended reading a superb book on personality conflicts to facilitate my symptom management. I highly recommend her, and I plan to re-start additional sessions shortly.
A few things you should know about Jaunita: -She will be 20 minutes late to EVERY session and still charge for an hour -She is completely inattentive, and does not listen whatsoever, and doesn't make an effort to hide it. -Furthermore, I have never in my 6 years of treatment worked with anyone half as horrible with communication as Juanita is. After repeated attempts to schedule our bimonthly session and not hearing a word from her for over a MONTH and counting, I messaged her to tell her I would not be moving forward with her services. And the kicker? Not only did she lack the decency to respond to said message, but instead sent me a ridiculous invoice and nothing else. Frankly, I am disgusted at the arrogance, disrespect, and complete absence of professional courtesy - or just courtesy for that matter. Do not waste your time or money with this supposed "professional"
