I originally did not want to make this review but i am tire of being disappointed with their service. My visit to Dr. Czerkawski was on 3/16/2022 for stomach issues I was having.

My visit with him was pleasant and he explained to me a plan of action for my stomach, but that plan never happened.
As a matter of fact, I sat in the lobby for 25 minutes because I thought it was there that I was going to have my blood work done. It wasn’t until the Nurse who took my vitals, noticed I was still there and told me that they do not take blood samples there. So I go back to the receptionist who didn’t explain anything the first time around. She tells me that I can go to MD Anderson to have my blood draw, and gives me a slip of paper with their address. I had to ask her to have some patience with me and if she could explain where in MD Anderson do I go, and to whom do I have to speak to. She gave me the information and I went about my business.

Two months go by and I receive no information of my blood work, and nothing concerning the referrals I was suppose to have to see a specialist. At this point I change PCP to Dr. Rafik and it took a month to see him. He wanted to do blood work but I explained that I had some already done and I contacted Dr. Czerkawsi’s office to fax them to Dr Rafik’s office, and it was never received. Also, not too long after that visit, I receive phone calls from the specialist I was suppose to see thru Dr. Czerkawsi!!… 3 MONTHS LATER… After figuring out the confusion, I’m seeing Dr. Rafik now, but I never received my blood work results.
Actually, I need to correct myself, a few days after seeing Dr. Rafik, Dr. Czerkawski did call me himself to say that my blood work came back good. That’s it… no sort of explanation or insight of anything concerning concerning the test results. So today, 5 months later, I called and was finally explained that my test results are available thru their app portal.

Apparently a letter was supposed to be mailed to me explaining this, but all I ever received was just my EOB.

I hope anyone going through anything serious with their health finds a provider that will give you the treatment you need and not leave you wondering what to do next.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Czerkawski, who has helped us through various health issues.  He is our PCP, and we have recommended him to several of our friends who also like him.  He is knowledgeable, he listens to your concerns, and he is very personable.  He has never failed to diagnose and resolve our health problems.  Additionally, he is prompt and does not keeping you waiting for your appointment.  He answers all of our questions, and always has a cheerful, caring and professional attitude.
