The wait time to get anyone on the phone is a minimum of 20 min.

This is a must vaccinate office which they don't ever tell you and are extremely elusive about disclosing it.  They will never directly say it but only indirectly convey it which we received a weird phone call and a letter firing us as patients due to compatibility.  Which leads me to believe they're only about profits.  No where in the letter does it mention anything about what we discussed, the vaccine schedule, and I'm sure the reason is to protect them from legal consequences in which they avoid providing details in writing.  They tried to refer us out to another office, which says it is an across office policy and if it was not they would have referred us to another doctor in their office.

Dr. Taveraz can smile and be friendly which is about as far as it goes. He is a prescribe first Doctor.  There is not much critical thinking that goes on in terms of looking for solutions to medical issues, everything he does is reading from the instruction manual.  He will prescribe pink eye treatment to a child who did not need it.

Dr. Tavarez said that the child must be vaccinated according to the schedule provided by the American Board of Pediatrics.  We mentioned its potential change in the near future and he did not want to engage in any conversation with us and admitted he knew nothing about it.
