Dr. Jose Daniel Jimenez, MD

Wonderful pediatrician! Dr. Jimenez is very analytical and cautious in his care of the little ones, all the while remaining light hearted and approachable helping bring down the anxiety children often face when having to see the doctor. He and his staff have always been great at providing us appointments within a very short amount of time; often seeing my kids on the same day I call. My little ones have been under his care since 2009 and he and his staff have always been genuinely caring, kind and courteous.  

My wife and I took time off to spend over an hour filling out paperwork. We scheduled an appointment and thought everything was fine. The staff messed up our appointment day/time twice, which is extremely frustrating because I have to take time off from work to go. When we finally went today, we spent 30min waiting to be called. During this time the door to the back was open so you can see the staff laughing and joking around. I have no problem with the staff talking, but please close the door so patients don't see this. Then the doctor walks out to lunch I'm assuming. Where is he going when my child needs to be seen? We shrugged it off still hoping for a good visit. Well once we get in the room, we were told they have nothing on file for us. Our medical records were not transferred (We confirmed our previous doctor had sent them and should have been received) AND they lost our paperwork we spent over an hour filling out. To top it off, all of this was accompanied by attitude. At this point we lost it. How can you lose pages of paperwork? What if shot records were lost and then given when they weren't supposed to? Not good....not good at all. We didn't even get to see the doctor, but I don't even want to give them a 2nd chance at this point.
