The doctors office would not see her as a walk in....stated she looked awful but would not see her without an appointment. Only appointment was 3: 20 pm at 2:30pm had her in the er because she was having annafalactic shock to an antibiotic. Called them to tell them and they blamed me for not coming to the 3:20 appointment.....it was ONLY 3pm at that time!!!
