Dr. Joo-Won Kim, DDS

This office tried to overcharge me and make me pay out of pocket several times. I hate that I started with one doctor and then a different doctor took over. I should have know. Dr  Joo Won Kim has bad bedside manners. She slapped fluoride on my teeth and didn’t even bother to tell me my mouth and lips was white how embarrassing!!!! In addition to that I already told them I only want my insurance will cover. I will never go back here. They also lied about services they offer. I cannot believe they have not been invested for insurance fraud!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER. Dentist slaps fluoride without confirmation that you want it. They have tried to charge me prices that are not in agreement with my insurance and the contracts they have with them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE…TERRIBLE!

My brother had an appointment at 1pm they didn’t take him to the back til around 1:20, 3 pm comes around and they only had took X-rays/pictures out of 2 hrs of being there. We ultimately had to just leave cause they want you to pay for more than what you came for. And they also lie about being in network to get you up there.
