I have PTSD from a previous dentist as a child so when I broke a tooth I was nervous to find a new dentist. This provider had a lot of 5 star reviews so I thought I was in good hands. They got me an appointment super quickly which I appreciated. Everything went smoothly until I was told I needed to get my wisdom teeth out in order to do a crown. I was shocked and explained that I’m about to get married and don’t want to go through with a wisdom teeth pull at the moment as many of my friends stayed inflamed for months after. I was also putt off at the fact that he wanted to do pull my tooth that day and I was not prepared for that. I decided to get a second opinion and it was the best decision ever. After my second opinion I called Dr. Yahav office to inform them I will not be going through with the crown at their office and requested a refund for the services not preformed. I spoke with the Dr. and he wanted to only refund half my money and told me he should be charging me more since I didn’t pay for X-rays at my visit. I asked for a email of a breakdown of the charges he wasn’t willing to refund and never received one. I will not be going back here and I don’t recommend this dentist.
