I only saw Jonathan once, as I opted to NEVER go back. We had an appointment that he failed to advise was a telehealth appointment. I showed up at the office for our session, and then received an email link to which notified me it was not an in-person appointment... This appointment also had to be rescheduled as he was having some conflict, so it was pushed back 1 1/2 hours, and he still didn't tell me it was supposed to be a telehealth appointment.  I showed up at the office and was ready for the appointment at 6:30, but ended up being late, because I had to download an app and find a quiet place for the session. So our appointment probably started at 6:40? This was supposed to be a 50 minute appointment. For some super strange reason, he ended it by 7:00 p.m. I assumed that maybe he was considering it more of a "consultation", and didn't count it as a full session. Then he charged me $25 for it and billed my insurance for.... 20 minutes. I emailed him and asked him why I was being billed, and he didn't reply after 4 days. So I cancelled the next appointment with him, and THEN he decided to reach out... still never replied to my email. I was going to let it slide, until a month later I received an invoice for them billing me ANOTHER $25??? Super weird. Seems like insurance fraud, super fishy, would NOT recommend.
