Dr. John M. Walgast, DMD

I recently became a patient of Dr. John M. Walgast, DMD, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I went in for a new patient exam, x-rays, cleaning, and fluoride treatment, and I was particularly looking for a dentist experienced in cleaning around dental implants and veneers. Dr. Walgast delivered exceptional care.

The quality of care was very high. Dr. Walgast personally cleaned my teeth, took the time to review my x-rays, and never seemed rushed. The dental hygienist was also very thorough, flossing and polishing my teeth meticulously. They ensured that I was included in all paperwork and reporting, and I could immediately view my teeth and x-rays, which made discussing my treatment plan easy and clear.

Dr. Walgast is personable, easy to talk to, outgoing, and kind. His staff members are all friendly, helpful, and punctual. They went above and beyond by working with my insurance to confirm that they were an in-network provider, ensuring my visits were covered.

The office itself is well-kept, clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning wild horse photography. The bright and well-cared-for environment made my visit even more pleasant.

I highly recommend Dr. Walgast. I plan to have my children visit him as well. The office is conveniently close to home, and I believe my teens will appreciate Dr. Walgast's upbeat demeanor and thorough explanations before any procedure. Overall, it was a fantastic dental experience.
