Dr. John G. Schneider, O.D.

I have had 2 other previous visits to this doctor, fortunately only once a year. He is the only doctor in the office and is exceptionally slow about taking care of the patients, typically about 30-40 for a contact prescription. Sometimes the doctor is the only one there, so nobody is there to greet you, check you in, or let you know how long it might be. This has to be one of the worst offices I have ever visited, hands down. I will definitely find a new optometrist. This time there were 2 ladies at the reception desk. To start, I missed my initial appointment but called 15 minutes after my appointment time to apologize and reschedule. The lady who answered the phone seemed extremely inconvenienced by her tone of voice. She was able to set up a time later that day. I show up 20 minutes early to the appointment and proceed to wait patiently in the lobby. 45 minutes later the doctor begins seeing other patients who came in after me. Very unfriendly receptionist and on top of that the doctor spent some time in casual conversation on the phone (definitely not professional business) as 3 other families and myself waited in the lobby.
