My husband and I never made it in to visit the Dr. at all.  I called last week to schedule our initial appointments, and the receptionist got all of our information wrong, and told me the wrong day to come for our visit.  I called to confirm on the day, and the lady who answered the phone was rude, and very unapologetic.. We will be finding a new primary care physician.. Very sad that the receptionists are scaring new patients away with there unprofessionalism and rude attitudes.

Dr fell has always been very attentive to my needs. He's my Dr for 15 years now.  Very professional.
