Dr. John Fernando Griffing, D.D.S.

I have been going to Dr. Griffing for years.  As a dentist he is fine which is why I am giving 2 stars.  As a businessman he is dishonest.  I changed employers so my insurnace changed.  He accepts my Aetna DMO and I designated him as my primary dentist.  Because the plan does not reimburse him at a rate he needs, he arbitrarily charges an "admin fee" or "office fee" whatever they called to cover the extra cost.  If you don't inquire, he will overcharge you for the visit!  If he was honest, he would not accept the dental plan.  In additon, because it is a DMO, he was my primary dentist and my wife and daughter made appointments for routine cleaning and check ups.  The woman who runs the front desk realized that I know about how they over-charge so she canceled the appointments for my wife and daughter because they don't like the Aetna pricing plan!  Avoid Dr Griffing's practice. He is not an honest dentist.
