Dr. John Alex Duncan, DMD

I was scheduled for 9am, then told the day before that my appointment was at 8:45am.  It was a 90-minute appointment. I arrived and they took X-Rays. Then I was told that I would not have my cleaning, just the X-Rays and a visit from the dentist to "make a care plan."  I told the assistant, who was making more small talk than taking care of me, that, if I wasn't going to get my cleaning, I'd appreciate her finishing her work, rather than chatting with me, so that I could recoup some of my time.  Dr. Duncan came in and told me I was concerned that I was not going to have a cleaning. I explained that I had booked a 90-minute appointment over a month prior so that I could get everything done. He said he would not accept me as a patient. I left.  I was there for over an hour and there was no apology at all for my wasted time.  I later had a pediatric appointment for my daughter at a different dental office. They were able to finish her new patient intake, X-Rays, exam, cleaning, and orthodontic intake all in 90 minutes.  This office is a waste of time and completely unprofessional
