This woman knew I needed a neuropsych eval because of deteriorating mental health issues. It was vital we met ASAP. She cancelled the first time last minute due to "an emergency." She cancelled last minute the second time, a week later, due to "technical issues." When we tried to reschedule, she said, "Well I'll just need to cancel this and you need to figure out when you want to reschedule with me." Heartless and unprofessional.
